Elegant handmade wood pedestal desk or partners desk in sycamore with burr ash top with walnut cross banding, leather writing pad and drawers inlayed with mother of pearl and white gold. Designed to stand away from the wall it looks equally beautiful viewed from the front or back. The desk has three shallow drawers along the top and three larger drawers within each pedestal. Two of these can be combined to make filing drawers if required. Designed to be used in the office or home and not just admired the pedestal desks have large leather writing pads that can be easily removed and re-leathered if necessary. This fine desk can also be made in darker wood finishes, such as walnut.
